This program leads you to the amazing world of different cultures and languages. Participative activity is lead by international volunteers or youth workers of Marttinen. Depending on the volunteer, this activity can contain different ways to get familiar with volunteer's culture - games, quiz, music, art... The content can be tailored according to group's needs and aims.

Yoga

In yoga lesson we learn about our own body through motion, respiration and different postures. Our yoga excercise gives you strength and energy and it ends with relaxation. Yoga calms down your mind, improves the concentration and helps you to realize your inner strenghts.
